Frequently Asked Questions:
1. What size are the invites? They are 160mm wide by 112mm tall. Envelopes? use a C6 size envelope.
2. Do you offer matching thankyous? Yes! we sure do. Just look for the matching thank you in the same
spot you found your invite.
3. Will I see the invite before it’s finalised? Yes. We will send you a proof within 48 hours of your order for you to check & approve.
4. Making Changes? If you would like to make changes after you place the order it is ok to do so at no extra cost if you email admin@littlemilestones.com.au prior to receiving your proof. If you would like to make changes after you have received your proof, then you have 2 free changes. All other changes are then charged at $4.00 each.

The beauty of a pdf is that any computer can view it with the
FREE Adobe Reader. Chances are you already have it.
This means that you can either PRINT AS MANY INVITES/
THANKYOUS AS YOU LIKE or EMAIL YOUR INVITE! |

Other information that will be handy to know:
1. the file size of the pdf’s will vary, but you will need to able to receive files around 2MB,
2. if you don’t already have Acrobat Reader to view your pdf, use the free download to the left.
Easy Pezy Printing & Options
1. Print your own: QUICK & EASY
Your pdf is an A4 document with 2 invites/thankyous per page:
(Invite/thankyou size - 160mm x 112mm). Use a C6 envelope.
1. Go to print
2. Set Page scaling to: fit to paper |
3. Set all other settings as you would normally.
4. SIMPLY PRINT AND CUT! |
Helpful Hint: 2 invites/thankyous to an A4 page means you only need to print half the amount required. e.g: 14 invites = print 7 pages
2. Or email your pdf to a printer and let them do it for you. Office Works, Kwik Kopy & Kinkos are everywhere or why not use an online printer.

Terms and Conditions
Dispatch (Time Frame)
Once you have placed your order, provided a photo, all required details and the order has been paid for, your invites/thankyous will be ready for proofing within 48 HOURS (mon-fri). In the event that a change is required, it will be amended and re-emailed within 24 HOURS (mon-fri). A limit of 2 alterations (your changes) to the invite is done free of charge, other changes are charged at $4 each. Once the final approval from the customer has been received, we will dispatch the final pdf within 24 HOURS (mon-fri).
Size
All invites/thankyous are 160mm x 112mm. If printing your own, we will send you an A4 document with two invites per page,
if emailing, we will send you one invite to forward to your friends and family.
Refund Policy
On the rare occasion you may receive an incorrectly spelt product from us - where the error is an error on our behalf- we will make the necessary amendments and resend the pdf. You may be asked to return the product (email it back to us) for inspection.
Please note: We do resend pdfs that have errors that occur from a typing error you made over the internet or if you change your mind.
